Vindicated Queen Summary
After saving her family from violence and danger, Queen Anjali returns to her brother’s palace in Ushallav. Eager to move forward, she determines to find a replacement handmaiden and husband. With that comes the ups and downs of dating as a divorced queen. Anjali must learn how to seek out happiness for herself that won’t tamper with the future designed for her children and kingdom. Queen Anjali must also blot out assassination plans that aim to squelch all her hard work for good.
This is McGruder’s second NA romantasy novel and the conclusion to the Ushallav’s Queen duology. This novel addresses themes such as parenthood, blended families, divorce, dating (again), mental health, spirituality, and LGBTQIA+ experiences.
