Whitney:
Oh my days! I was really surprised at the results. I wrote 14,781 words/5 chapters during October which is way more than my goal of 10,000 words/4 chapters. Huzzah! I remembered that there were technically 5 Thursdays in October—which is the day I usually meet with the writing group—so that sheds some light on the extra success. But still! Woot!
I’m currently participating in NaNoWriMo 2015! Ohhh man I am excited and nervous. My spin on it this year is rather than write completely new content, I’ll be rewriting a chapter a day. Yup, 30 chapters’ worth of content. I am in fact insane. Lately, I’ve been consolidating 2-3 chapters into one actually good chapter, mainly because there’s so much that isn’t relevant or good anymore. So I’m hoping that gives me some wiggle room on the not-so-fun days. Wish me luck! And I wish you luck if you’re going to rock NaNoWriMo! Add me to your buddy list—my username is whit2ney.

Hey everyone, how’s life? Going well I hope! Anyone undertaking NaNo among our readers? Best of luck; you’re an inspiration to tons of writers! As far as updates go, I don’t have a whole lot to update on with October. I managed to stay on top of my goal, and it’s been very satisfying to do so. While I’m not going to have time to tackle NaNo this year, I do still plan on keeping my goal of writing every day (which shouldn’t be too hard, considering some of my assignments XD), and I look forward to helping this habit take root.
Hope you all had a great Halloween!
